The lettuce grew quickly and was deliciously crunchy. Mixing iceberg with red romaine gives a nice depth of flavor for summer salads.
Im new to growing lettuce, and these seeds made the process simple. Needed occasional thinning, but overall very satisfying to harvest.
Most of the seeds sprouted nicely, though a few were slow. Once grown, the leaves were fresh and tasty. Worth planting if you want a mix.
If youre new to gardening, these seeds are forgiving. I had good germination and a consistent harvest over a few weeks.
The red romaine really adds a pop of color to my dishes. Both types grew strong and healthy, making daily salad prep easier.
