Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your seeds arrive damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery.
Send a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number to support@pureasiaseeds.com -
Once approved, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@pureasiaseeds.com with your order number. -
After Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
