Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on seeds purchased from our platform, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (seeds), we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We will either:

  • Send you a replacement

  • Or issue a refund

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are processed only in approved cases (damaged, defective, or wrong item). Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened seed packets

  • Custom seed mixes

  • Gift cards

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
