I planted ten seeds and got great germination. The plants handled our summer heat well and produced consistently. Definitely growing again next year.
These are the ideal size for a summer picnic—no waste and easy to carry. The flavor is crisp and sweet with a hint of tropical notes.
The yellow rind is really striking and stands out in the garden. They’re easy to harvest and fun to grow with kids since they don’t take long to ripen.
I don’t have a lot of room to grow large melons, so this variety was perfect. The vines stayed manageable and gave me several small, juicy fruits.
I was amazed by how fast these matured—much quicker than traditional watermelons. The flesh is a lovely pink and tastes refreshingly sweet.
