Rambutan isnt something you usually see in local nurseries, so I was happy to find these seeds. They arrived fresh and sprouted after a little care. Its exciting to grow something so unique.
I bought these seeds mainly out of curiosity, and they didnt disappoint. Its been an enjoyable project learning how to care for rambutan. Theyre growing slower than citrus, but look very healthy.
These seeds definitely require patience, but once I saw the first green shoots, I was thrilled. Ive been keeping them in pots indoors, and theyre thriving under grow lights. Cant wait for them to bear fruit one day.
Out of the 8 seeds I planted, 6 sprouted beautifully, which is a much better rate than I expected. Theyre growing steadily in my greenhouse, and Im optimistic about their progress.
I wasnt sure if rambutan would grow well in my Florida backyard, but the seeds sprouted after a couple of weeks. The seedlings are healthy, and Im excited to see them mature. It feels like having a little piece of Southeast Asia at home.
