These really are a “plant and forget” kind of herb. I sowed them directly in the garden, and they just kept going. The mild garlic flavor is perfect for so many dishes.
I started a few in containers on my windowsill and they took off. Great flavor and scent, and they’ve done well with just a little sun and regular watering.
These garlic chives are great in everything from eggs to dumpling filling. The plants have been productive all season and don’t seem to mind my neglect. Hardy little things!
I planted these from seed and they were up in no time. Super easy to care for, and they keep producing. I just snip what I need and it regrows quickly.
I love how these look when they flower—those little white blossoms attract pollinators and add charm to my garden. Plus, the leaves are great in stir-fries and salads.
