I don’t have a lot of space, so I tried these in deep containers on the balcony. They grew beautifully! Crisp, spicy, and super fresh flavor. Great for small-space gardeners.
I was shocked by how fast these matured. The leaves get big without getting tough, and they’re super flavorful. I’ve frozen a few batches for soups later in the year.
These greens have the perfect balance—just enough mustard heat, but not overwhelming. Even my partner who doesn’t usually like spicy greens enjoyed them in a veggie stir-fry.
I’ve been doing staggered plantings every two weeks, and it’s kept us in greens for over a month now. The texture is tender but still holds up well in cooking. Great for quick meals.
I planted these early spring and they didn’t mind the cooler nights at all. Grew fast and full, and the flavor got even better after a light frost. Definitely a must-have for early gardens.
